About Crestview HOA

The Crestview of Mountain View Homeowners Association was established to market and manage the property. The HOA is administrated by Tri-State Enterprises, Inc, one of the premier property management companies in the Bay Area. Amongst other services, the HOA through Tri-State provides: weekly site inspections, complete record keeping, and 24/7 person-to-person accessibility and support to handle emergencies, maintenance, and complaints. The HOA enhances property values and tenant satisfaction, while lowering property maintenance costs.

Crestview, Mountain View

The first impression is of a wide variety of beautiful, mature trees, predominately large redwoods, and well-maintained gardens within and surrounding the complex. Recent upgrades have been made using drought-tolerant plants integrated into an artistic display of rocks and tiled walls. Within the garden areas inside the complex, you’ll find lawns and bright foliage and flowers, all obviously well-cared for over the years and now well established and bountiful.

The condominium complex is located at 1031 and 1033 Crestview Drive, Mountain View, California 94040. It’s in the quiet Sylvan Dale area of the Cuernavaca neighborhood, Santa Clara County. It was built in 1969.

Besides the beautiful landscaping, amenities include a barbecue area, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, elevators to building and parking, pool table in game room, and ping pong room. Parking options include a secure, lighted, and covered parking garage, guest and visitor parking, off- and on-street parking. The complex is secured with fences and gates.

HOA fees cover common area electricity and gas, exterior painting, fencing, garbage, insurance, landscaping, common area maintenance, management fee, pool, and exercise room.

Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other retail and service establishments are located within walking distance. Crestview is also conveniently located near the downtowns of both Sunnyvale and Mountain View, two community-supported and loved downtowns. You’ll find high-end shopping and services, art, entertainment, boutiques, a wide range of restaurants covering many styles and price points, farmers’ markets, and pedestrian friendly streets. You’ll be conveniently located near commute routes to highways 85 and 101 and within walking distance of El Camino Real.

Local schools are award-winning Frank L. Huff Elementary, Isaac Newton Graham Middle, and Alta Vista High school.

Mountain View is in the heart of Silicon Valley and is home to many high-tech companies and destinations such as the Computer History Museum, Moffett Field Historical Society Museum, NASA Ames Visitor Center, and Google Android Lawn Statues.
